Welcome to The AKL Group LLC (“AKL Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and programs across all divisions, including but not limited to:

By accessing our website, enrolling in services, or engaging with AKL Group in any capacity, you agree to the following Terms.
1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
AKL Group provides community-based services including:

Transportation for children, families, and seniors

In-home care and companion services
-
Before/after care, camps, and creative enrichment programs
All services are subject to availability, staffing, location, and operational capacity.
2. ENROLLMENT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By enrolling in services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
-
Complete all required forms, waivers, and emergency contacts

Communicate any medical, behavioral, or special care needs
-
Maintain respectful and cooperative communication with staff
Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. PAYMENT TERMS & BILLING

Services may be billed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on program structure

Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
-
Accepted payment methods may include electronic payments (e.g., Zelle, CashApp, card, invoicing platforms)
Non-Payment
-
Late or missed payments may result in service interruption or suspension
-
Accounts past due may incur additional fees
No-Show / Reserved Slot Policy
When a client reserves a service slot, that time is held exclusively.
Services may still be billed during:

School breaks
-
Absences
-
Illness
-
Vacations
(Unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement)
4. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION
By Client

Written notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes

A minimum notice period may be required depending on service type
By AKL Group
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to:

Non-payment
-
Safety concerns
-
Repeated policy violations
-
Misalignment with program expectations
5. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (LADIBUGLEGACY)

Transportation operates on pre-determined routes and tiered pricing structures
-
Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors

Clients must be ready at scheduled times
Safety
-
All passengers must follow safety guidelines at all times
-
Seatbelt use is required
-
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from services
Tracking & Monitoring
Vehicles may utilize GPS tracking and monitoring systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and accountability.
6. IN-HOME CARE SERVICES (ANNIE KARES)

Services are non-medical unless otherwise specified
-
Care plans are based on client needs as disclosed at intake
Limitations
-
Staff do not provide services beyond agreed scope
-
Medical emergencies should be directed to 911 immediately
7. CHILDCARE, CAMPS & ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
-
Programs operate under structured schedules
-
Families must adhere to drop-off and pick-up times
Health & Safety
-
Children must be in appropriate health to attend programs
-
AKL Group reserves the right to send a child home if they are ill
Behavior Expectations
-
Respectful and safe behavior is required
-
Continued behavioral concerns may result in dismissal from programs
8. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in AKL Group services, you acknowledge:

There are inherent risks associated with transportation, caregiving, and group programs
-
You voluntarily assume all reasonable risks associated with participation
AKL Group is not liable for:

Delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
-
Personal belongings lost or damaged
-
Incidents resulting from undisclosed medical or behavioral conditions
9. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency:

AKL Group staff may seek medical assistance on behalf of the client
-
Emergency contacts will be notified as soon as possible
-
Any associated costs are the responsibility of the client/family
10. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery
-
Information may be shared with staff or partners strictly on a need-to-know basis
11. MEDIA & MARKETING CONSENT
AKL Group may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.

Consent will be obtained where required
-
Clients may opt out in writing
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the AKL Group website, including logos, materials, and program content, is the property of AKL Group LLC and may not be used without permission.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
AKL Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
